Christy Haden
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer of CVC, Christy leads the organization with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, fostering a collaborative team environment, and driving strategic growth. With 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, Christy is dedicated to improving both the patient experience and employee engagement through data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement. Her leadership prioritizes a culture of excellence, ensuring that patients and care teams are always at the center of CVC’s initiatives.
Christy has successfully led large, multi-specialty provider practices, developing and executing strategies that support operational efficiency, quality care delivery, and sustainable growth. She is a strong advocate for aligning clinical outcomes with business objectives, using innovative approaches to enhance both patient satisfaction and organizational performance.
A native of Kentucky, Christy moved to Arizona in 2020. Outside of her professional role, she is a proud mother of three and enjoys spending time with her family.
Sheryl Imhoff
Chief Operating Officer
Sheryl’s role as Chief Operating Officer for CVC focuses on aligning operational excellence and access to care to ensure CVC offers a patient-centric experience for community-based cardiology needs. Sheryl’s passion for a culture of service for our patients and community partners is paramount to positioning CVC for future growth and value-based care. Sheryl has the responsibility for leading our CVC operations team by assisting with the development of actionable strategies that serve our vision, cultural values, and business model. Sheryl also embraces a Servant Leadership Management style.
Sheryl has over 30 years of healthcare experience in both for-profit and non-profit institutions in the Phoenix market. During her tenure, Sheryl has served in the Executive suite for the past 15 years. She has developed, led, and mentored multiple leadership teams focusing on the development of quality metrics, positive patient outcomes, and achieving and developing financial performance indicators for the business. Sheryl has helped lead and operationalize growth initiatives to increase market share in the community and outlying areas.
Sheryl initially started her educational path in Social Work and changed her focus to Healthcare Administration. She is a 4th generation Arizona native who loves the valley and all it has to offer. Sheryl has a passion for supporting the arts within the community and spending time with her family.
Barbara Chacon
Chief Financial Officer
Barbara is a skilled accounting and finance leader with 15+ years in industry and 10 years in public accounting. Her work transforms financial information into actionable intelligence to help implement strategic vision and achieve financial objectives. Barbara is adept with converting large amounts of data into performance measures and is proficient in applying a broad and strategic business perspective to solving problems.
She has worked with a variety of organizations in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors as an auditor in public accounting and as a controller/finance director of small to medium-sized companies, some with foreign operations. Barbara’s industry experience includes healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and various service industries.
One of Barbara’s special talents is bringing order to the accounting function, focusing on GAAP, internal controls, asset protection, and compliance. Her skill set includes creating policies and procedures to streamline accounting operations; developing budgets and providing variance analysis; liaising with external professionals; and developing staff to thoroughly understand and perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
Barbara’s goal is to provide concise and accurate information as efficiently and effectively as possible so that end users can make intelligent, informed decisions.
Caterina Rhodes
Regional Director of Imaging
Caterina is an engaging results-driven professional, highly skilled in the techniques and tools relevant to regional outpatient radiology operational management. Caterina’s strength is the ability to rapidly achieve organizational integration, assimilate job requirements as well as introduce new ideas, concepts, methods, and technologies.
Caterina has 30 years of outpatient radiology experience and has proven to be a maven in analyzing the organization’s needs as well as custom-designing proactive solutions for complex issues. The result has been excellence in operational management and million-dollar revenues. She has propelled and launched logistics of new outpatient imaging centers in addition to managing the integration of physical centers and devising growth plans in a very competitive market.
Prior to her tenure at CVC, Caterina was Director of Operations for AZ-Tech Radiology, Marketing Manager for Arizona Diagnostic Radiology and Area Manager for Arizona Medical Imaging/MedQuest.
Caterina has lived in the Phoenix Metro area for 30 years. Currently, Caterina and her husband live in Scottsdale, Arizona, and have one daughter studying at ASU for her PhD in Bioscience.
